the extreme red tones and polish to a softer antique tone giving a greater depth of colour adding interest to the furniture.
Burr Walnut
Burr Walnut is a highly desirable exotic timber that displays a unique structure which means no two pieces are the same. The decorative ‘burr’ is a result of stress or disease at the base of the tree. We polish to a neutral mid tone shade making it extremely versatile
for placing in most décor as it works with all colours.
Burr Oak
In a time where the market is swamped by imported Oak ranges, our Burr Oak finish provides refreshing elegance by way of its golden tones, subtle shading and ‘pippy’/’burr’ detailing.
Rosewood
The prominent contrasting decorative grain gives our Rosewood collection a striking contemporary twist with its elegant distinctive appearance.
Ebony
A stronger, deeper effect than Rosewood, reminiscent of the Art Deco movement in the 1920s. The strong
linear appearance makes for a decorative contemporary effect.
Tamo Ash
This variation of Ash is called ‘Tamo’ and hails from Japan. It has an exceptional shimmering grain, almost
3D in its effect, rarely seen in UK interiors.
Yew
Another reproduction furniture favourite. Yewtree is very popular in classical furniture and its golden tones
are often seen as a lighter alternative to Mahogany.
Poplar
An attractive burr, often featuring a quilted grain effect providing a lovely, contrast to decorative clusters of burr.
